1. Who we are

Thrive with ARC ("the app") is operated by Access Resource Centre (ARC) ("we", "us", "our"). By using Thrive with ARC you are entering into an agreement with Access Resource Centre (ARC).

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You confirm you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. What Thrive with ARC does

Thrive with ARC is a gentle planning tool designed with neurodivergent users in mind. It helps you brain-dump tasks, sort them into a calendar, and get supportive reminders. The app is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass technical limits).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

Access Resource Centre (ARC) retains all rights, title, and interest in the app, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal use under your chosen plan.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into Thrive with ARC (brain-dumps, tasks, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the service to you.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Thrive with ARC is offered on a subscription basis: a 7-day free trial followed by £1.99 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please see the Paddle Buyer Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Thrive with ARC is a planning aid and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
